We have now been juicing for 2 weeks and produced 400 litres of cider which is currently fermenting nicely. From this week we will bottle the juice and have a September 2020 batch ready for sale at the markets and café.
You can bring your spare apples to the Old Saw Mill and empty your containers into the trays provided at the front of the building. We can also collect apples where you are not able to bring them to us yourselves. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for your apples to be collected.
