The Old Saw Mill offers rooms of different sizes, or the entire venue for between 2 and 60 people!
We have daily availability for:

- Room Hire for clubs or associations
- Room Hire for charities
- Room or Venue Hire for private functions including all forms of parties
- P.s the OSM has a license to sell alcohol

- £10 per hour for ‘The Bramley’
- Our smallest meeting room – ideal space for 1 to 1 sessions, consultations and meetings for up to four people.
- £12 per hour for the ‘Scarlet Pearmain’
- perfect for training sessions and meetings for up to ten people seated comfortably.
- £15 per hour for ‘The Lord Derby’
- great for parties, events, classes and meetings for up to twenty-five people seated with tables and up to 40 seated theatre style.
