As some of you know we have a couple of new groups which have started to settle in at the Old Saw Mill.

BRO’s, a men’s peer support group, is now settled in well with a few regular attendees who are always looking for new members to come and talk about absolutely anything and everything over a cuppa.

The women’s wellbeing and support group, organised by Collette from Healthbox, have had their first few sessions and are settling in well. If you’d like to join them for the next session or would like some further information, please follow the link below.

And soon an antenatal teach in class…

Volunteers at the Old Saw Mill are proposing we start a crafts group. This would be a very informal group that would meet once a week, maybe Wednesday at around 3:30pm-5:30pm, to do any form of arts and crafts they choose in the company of like-minded people.

Although this is not set in stone and is still a very rough idea, we are extremely open to other suggestions and would love to hear if anyone would be interested in such a group.
